My Formal education took place from ‘91-’96 on the East Coast. This was followed by a secondary education that has been through travel. Exploring and recording during these times has been the greatest influence on my work. This travel has included the Far East, Africa, Europe, The Americas, and Australia. I have lived in many of the places I have visited, including Philadelphia, New York, Rome, Austin, South Australia and San Francisco. I currently live in the Napa Valley.

I depict literal imagery with a style that is rich and immediate. My process is a layering of many and complimentary colors, giving my work a signature depth and richness of color. My medium oil. I make some of the paint I use from raw pigments. Making my own paint gives me control over the intensity and properties of the paint.
